Teak wood takes 20 years to grow until it can be harvested, and to reach a diameter above 40 cm it takes 50 years. This is a very long time plus to achieve maximum dryness before harvest, the shoots are cut and then left for a year to reduce the water content naturally by the heat of the sun. we don’t want to waste this and will produce it as best we can
